ZDZ in Białystok runs private schools on terms of public schools for young people and adults: 
Gymnasium School 2 years, 
Basic Vocational Schools 2 or 3 years, 
Secondary Schools 3 years, Supplementary Secondary Schools 2 or 3 years,
Secondary Technical School 4 years

As a non-governmental educational organization, we provide trainings to individual clients, as well as institutions and enterprises. We run about 1100 trainings annually, in which participate about 13.000 persons. Furthermore, our schools educate each year nearly 2.000 students and listeners.

We are actively and professionally performing social projects directed to the unemployed, workers and disabled.

The main goal of the projects is human resources development, especially, promotion of entrepreneurship, promotion of employment.
